The outdoor node controller aggregates all the parking information within the area's parking facilities, uploads the data encoding to the centralized controller, and receives the available parking information data from the centralized controller, subsequently transmitting it to the outdoor wired zone controller. The outdoor node controller can address the issue of insufficient capacity, and in complex parking lots, it can ensure the stability of system communication.
